Although eHighSchoolTickets.com sells tickets and handles payment for event tickets, it is not a ticket provider, but rather acts as an agent for others providing tickets for high school events. eHighSchoolTickets.com is not responsible for the actions of individual high schools.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
As an agent of high schools, eHighSchoolTickets.com sells tickets on their behalf but does not set prices or manage inventory. Because the Website is available simultaneously to many people, and tickets for the same event may be sold at other venues, some events may sell out quickly. eHighSchoolTickets.com can not control inventory or guarantee availability.
LIMITED SALES
eHighSchoolTickets.com reserves the right to limit sales to a specified number of tickets for each event. If tickets are limited for a particular event, notice will be provided with the description of the event.
FEES

DELIVERY OPTIONS
eHighSchoolTickets.com offers the flexibility and security to print your tickets with your own printer as soon as your purchase them. Each ticket is encoded with a unique barcode that can be used only once. If you have trouble printing your ticket(s), please bring your purchase information to the high school on the day of the event. All students must have their student identification card on them to enter the event with an eHighSchoolTicket.
ERRORS
eHighSchoolTickets.com reserves the right to cancel and refund fees for tickets which should not have been sold for any reason in its sole discretion, including but not limited to errors in pricing or actual availability, regardless of whether computer or human error led to such malfunction.
AMOUNT OF TICKETS PER CUSTOMER OR "TICKET LIMITS"
Once tickets are issued, neither eHighSchoolTickets.com nor our client high schools allow refunds or exchanges. As all sales are final, we recommend you use the site carefully, and make all event and seat choices deliberately.
REFUNDS
The high school determines policies relating to the cancellation of an event. These policies can vary, but generally, such policies provide for a refund of the ticket price. If an event is cancelled, we will attempt to contact you and advise you on the venue or promoter’s policy for obtaining a refund to that event. Policies regarding postponed events vary by venue. If an event is postponed, you should contact the venue directly to obtain information about postponed dates of the event and if there is an applicable refund policy.
POSTPONED AND CANCELLED EVENTS
eHighSchoolTickets.com does not set the policy for postponing and canceling events. The high school or related venue makes such policies. We will make reasonable efforts to contact Users in case an event is postponed or cancelled and provide you with any information regarding rescheduling, refunds, etc. For more information regarding such events and policies, you should contact the venue directly.
LOST/STOLEN TICKETS
If tickets purchased on the Website are lost or stolen, please reprint the ticket and remember to bring your student identification card to event.
